Lentils soup



Lentils, Olive oil Arnaud Gillet, bay leaves, 3 cloves of garlic,
white onion, cumin, concentrated tomatoes, wine vinegar, salt-pepper.

 Boil the lentils for 15 minutes or more, depending on the variety.
Then drain.

Put water with the concentrated tomatoes.
