Lentil and olive oil





Lentils, 3-4 cloves of garlic, white onion, olive oil Arnaud Gillet,
concentrated tomatoe, cumin, bay leaves,  salt-pepper.





Boil one or two minutes. Then drain in a colander.








Pepper and cumin are our spices in this recipe.






Adding water, if necessary, and cooked lentils for half an hour.
