Puff pastry and herbs

Spinach leaves or other edible plants, Olive oil Arnaud Gillet, onion,
parsley, anette, mint leaves, a puff pastry.
The egg is optional.

After about fifteen minutes,


drain and place on the pastry.

Bake at 160 degrees for about 45 minutes.
